DOVE is managed by a 7-member Board consisting of people in the field of education, health and public life, having a passion for social work and interest in serving marginalized people.

Development Of Village Education (DOVE) is a Non-Profit Voluntary organization working in the southern districts of Tamil Nadu in INDIA. It was founded in the year 2000 and registered under Societies Registration Act of Tamil Nadu.
