DOVE is Registered under societies Registration Act. Further it is registered with Home Ministry of India under Foreign Contribution and Regulation Act (FCRA).

It is managed and administered by a 7 member Board Headed and administered by Rex Packianathan a retired teacher.

DOVE is one of the Fiscal sponsorship partners of Give2Asia which facilitates funding and activities support. Donors, Friends and foundations are kindly invite to participate in the Development activities for the marginalized and people and the vulnerable communities by contributing to our Development of Village Education Friends Funds which is established and facilitated by Give2Asia.The contribution from US, Hong Kong and some of the countries from Europe donors are subject to Tax Exemption.
